What this is

Really Search is a free, invite-only personal assistant. You talk to it on WhatsApp. It searches for homes on your behalf and tells you what it finds. It is a new product and we are letting people in gradually, which is why access is by invite.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number. You are responsible for what happens on your number, so keep your phone safe. You may invite friends with your private invite link, up to the limit shown in your workspace. Do not sell or publish your link. We may remove an account that is abused.

Use it fairly

Do not use Really Search to harass anyone, to collect other people's data, to send spam, or to break the law. Do not try to overload or attack the service, and do not use it to resell listings.

What it can and cannot promise

The assistant reads listings from other websites. Listings can be wrong, out of date or already gone, and we cannot guarantee that a home exists, is available, or is priced as shown. Always check the details and meet the owner or agent before you pay anything. Really Search is not an estate agent, a lender or a legal adviser and nothing it says is professional advice. The service is provided as it is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses that come from using it.

Messages

We send you sign-in codes and the messages you ask the assistant for. Text STOP at any time and it will stop writing to you.

Changes and ending

You can stop at any time by texting DELETE. We may change or end the service, and we will update this page when we change these terms. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
