Privacy policy

Really Search is a personal assistant on WhatsApp that finds people the home they want. This page says, plainly, what we keep and why. It was last updated on 28 October 2026.

What we store

Your phone number, your first name, and the messages you send to the assistant. From those messages we keep what you tell us about the home you want: where, how much, how big, what matters to you and what does not. We also keep the searches we run for you, the listings we showed you, and how you reacted to them (liked, rejected, saved, visited). If you sign in with a passkey, we store its public half, never anything secret. Codes we send you to sign in are kept only as a one-way hash and expire after ten minutes.

Why we store it

To find you a home, to keep looking after you stop typing, and to understand what searchers want so the assistant gets better at it. That is all. We do not show advertising and we do not use your messages to advertise anything to you.

Who sees it

We do not sell your number or your searches, and we do not share them with brokers, agents or advertisers. We use a small number of service providers to run the product: a database host, a messaging provider (WhatsApp, and SMS when WhatsApp is not available), and an AI model provider that reads your messages to answer them. They process data on our instructions and for no other purpose. If a viewing or a contact with a listing is something you ask us to arrange, we share only what is needed for that, and only because you asked.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. Sign-in sessions last 90 days. When you delete your data, it is removed from our systems, apart from anything we must keep by law.

Your choices

Text DELETE to Really Search on WhatsApp and we will delete your account, your searches and your history. You can also ask us what we hold about you, or to correct it, by writing to the address below. Really Search is not meant for anyone under 18.
